Install Flash Player This is hands down no question about it the best $14 I have ever spent. This led light strip is just so dang cool. I ordered one for my room and getting another one for my garage bar. Easy to install. Make sure you put the remote sensor on the opposite side of your tv’s sensor because the both work off the same signal so I accidentally turned the channel while trying to change colors. But swapped sensor to the other side. Seriously tho stop reading reviews and just go buy one. The only problem you will have is where you can fit more Tv’s in your house so that you can put these on them. SIDE NOTE: my video playing is with fade4 playing. There are individual colors that don’t flash, I just thought “epilepsy” mode would be cool with some blues music😂

Good customer service for the win.

When I got the product I plugged it into the USB port on my TV. The remote won't work and color of the light was weird. After contacting the seller, I tried the light again but plugged into a normal outlet this time. It worked nicely. Maybe the problem was because the power on my TV USB port was not enough. (65 inch Vezio) One suggestion on the product - since it doesn't work on all TVs, maybe you can make the cord a little longer? Because the outlet might be far to reach. I have to say - the customer services are great. I would recommend this product for the price without a doubt.

Update 2/19/19 Chris was very helpful and accommodating. They sent me a new item at no charge to make it right. Def recommend and product is great quality. This product came WITH jumpers all ready installed... I wasnt aware that this wasnt a 9.8FT full strip of LED lights... WITH the jumpers it ends up being about 7 or less FT of actual lights... I was a little disappointed that I had purchased jumpers and I did not need them. Ultimately I need another 2 FT of LED I have about 6.5 inches of darkness in the bottom left corner of the TV if I was to pull them in more it takes away from the strength of the LED which are already not super strong

Now I purchased two from this seller they were sent in two different packages this was the second one I received and as much as I want to love this product I can't ... reason being within 3 hrs of it being up it fell and is not sticky 😔 I did wipe down back before putting it up but it still fell about 2 times within 24 hrs Update: 2 weeks of purchasing this product have to say 1. Customer service was great, they addressed my issues and found a way to help me with the problem. 2. I was able to clean a little better behind tv and moved the strips closer to the middle rather then the outside. Which worked ! Will be purchasing more 👍🏼

The lights work perfect. For everyone having issues with the sensor or ...

I have a 42" tv. The leds was a little bit long so I had to cut the strips a few inches to the end and solder the wires back on. So yes you can cut these and solder it back on or buy the piece on Amazon that allows you to add led strips or cut led strips and skip the soldering. The lights work perfect. For everyone having issues with the sensor or remote not working make sure the remote can see the sensor. That way it will work Update: little over a month and the lights haven't given me a single issue whatsoever. They work like day one

Love This!

There is something about backlighting your TV that makes watching TV more immersive and fun! I have 3 Tv's and have these LED lights on all of them. I will say that the length of this set fits a 50 inch TV just right. But it's a bit of a stretch on a 65 inch. It works, but you have to shorten the square of lights, whereas on the 50 inch the lights fit corner to corner and the backlighting is more intense. I had no problem with applying the lights to the TV, but recommend cleaning with alcohol first. I also applied my own command strips at the corners. The remote works fine, but it's one of those cheaply made remotes. It does offer many color choices as well as color changing fade mode. Your biggest problem with these will be figuring out which color you like best! I am posting what some of the colors look like on my 50 inch TV. For the price, this is an excellent buy!

Great bright color however the USB does not work in my TV. If I plug in my TV it says "USB port to powerful". I have to plug into a wall outlet or cable box and when plugged into cable box if you use any color other than blue or white it interferes with box. Rating 5 stars because it works however I would look else where and spend another 10 bucks on a better one! You will also need to use your own tape because the backing tape is junk and does not stick for long but for $12 it's definitely 5 stars!

Poor quality control / Excellent customer service

Arrived broken, most of the led strip would not light up. A section that appeared to only be hastily wrapped in electrical tape, pulled apart. Immediately threw it back in the box and returned it. Update! Seller contacted me and offered to send me the 16.4ft Waterproof IP65 5050 SMD RGB LED Flexible Strip for free. Although this is way too large to fit behind a 40" tv. I decided to light up tool shelf in my shop. These lights are fantastic and the adhesive bonds very well. I plan purchasing at least 2 of the 16.4ft led strips to finish the shelves in my shop and sharing pictures of the result. What a complete 180, surpassed expectations, highly recommended

Install Flash Player Received the item that seemed to be already used, it arrived missing the 3M paper that covers the adhesive tape from 3 of the light strips, one of the strips still had it... but it seems to hold its place just fine behind the tv (I did follow the instructions to perform the gluing part!) At first I thought the product was defective and/or broken, I tried to plug it through one end of the strip and it didn't work, so after trying to plug it on the other end as well it worked... perhaps the other end would serve as an outlet another set of light. It is enjoyable to set the mood with your fave color or if you are jamming to some concert on youtube with all colors flashing (quick or slow). Thumbs up!

EDITED REVIEW (From 1 star to 5 stars!!!!!) Okay, so yesterday I was about to return this because the remote stopped functioning after about the first 10 seconds of use. Thankfully I didn't go and process the return the same day, because this morning I woke up to a personalized email from the seller (hi Chris!) who explained kindly why my remote may have stopped working. Basically, I just needed to use the right type of USB port. I bought these LEDs for the back of my PC monitor, so initially I used the USB ports that were built into my PC case. Evidently those USB ports were NOT the right ones to use. Once I switched to the ones built into my motherboard, the remote worked without a problem. It also worked perfectly with a regular phone charger USB port that connects to the wall plug. In sum: If your remote works for like the first 10 seconds and stops working, use another USB port!!! Don't be like me and jump to conclusions that the product is faulty after trying one USB port. P.S. If you are planning to stick these to the back of your PC monitor, make sure to order 10mm 4-pin connectors. You'll need to cut up these strips and peel back the rubbery top layer and the sticky bottom layer before sticking them into the connectors.
