A good way to teach childern about wolves
This book may be for children, However, I had to order it for myself. I'm just captivated and love everything about wolves. I volunteer at a wolf sanctuary and in doing this I had learn a lot about wolves. Nonetheless, while reading this book I learn some things that I did not know. Like I did not know that wolves evolved from an ancient animal called Mesocyon or that they can swim up to {8} eight miles. This is a very informative book about wolves for everyone to learn interesting and fascinating facts about them. The pictures of the wolves are gorgeous and stunning. I like that it has photos of the different species of wolves. As well as pictures of adults, young wolves and family groups. Kids will love this book and whomever who wants to learn about wolves. I think that everyone should know the true facts about wolves. So that they can understand their behavior, their habitats, and their Ecological roles. That way people would not be so afraid of them. Or want to kills them off. Wolves are being hunted every day. And if we don't learn how to live with, not just these animals, but all animals. They will become extinct. The only bad things about this book is the pages with the facts on it is a bit too dark. Also I wish that it have more facts. I received this E-book free in return for my review. However, that did not influenced my opinion. This is my honest and unbiased opinion.
Good Read For Kids Who Love Wolves
I love, love, love wolves! This book was entertaining to read. It makes for a good bed time story, or for educational purposes. PROS: - Beautiful imagery. The pictures of wolves are gorgeous, majestic looking, and powerful. Me and my son loved viewing them. - The facts are interesting and engaging. We had a good time learning more about wolves, their mannerisms, lifestyles, and general information. - The font was a great size that wasn't too small and an eye sore to read. CONS: - The only real con I can think of with this book, is that on some of the pages it felt like the font color was a bit dark for the green gradiant background. - It's a bit on the short side (but none the less, it still had a good amount of facts and is perfect for younger kiddos without the longest attention span). Overall, I thought this was a great book for those who love wolves. It's a good educational suppliment for curriculum as well. *I only review products that I am genuinely interested in and have used, tested, tried. My opinion will always be 100% honest - if I love it, you'll know, if I don't, it will definitely reflect in my review. With that being said, I did receive this product for free in exchange for my honest review.*
And now she wants a pet wolf...
As with all Speedy Publishing LLC eBooks, I have to say that these pictures books are great for my 4 year old daughter who is not yet able to read full words. This book on wolves was fun for her because we don’t own any pets, and wolves are similar to dogs (cousins, in fact). This kids edition had my daughter saying “aww” and “it’s so cute” several times throughout the book. By the time we started reading this book, we had already been through 4 Speedy Publishing books and she was already swiping past the pages with the words on them. I think it might be more helpful if the pages with random facts also had a picture of some sort to accommodate it. Possibly even a picture related to the fact. However, I’ve come to think that as random as the pictures were, it wouldn’t matter if the fact didn’t match the picture at all anyway. We went through this book twice in one sitting and I slowed her swiping down the second time to talk to her about what wolves are and what some of the words the pages were emphasizing. The great thing about a picture book such as this is that we would make up a background story for each of the pictures and she would immediately jump to “that’s the mommy wolf… and that’s the daddy wolf!” most if not all of the facts were interesting (as an adult reading it) but the book would do just fine without any words if the intended audience was in the 3-5 year old age bracket. Although sometimes these books can frustrate me because I naturally search for logic, I love getting these books for my daughter because it does pique her interest and helps her explore and, I like to believe, also adds to her imagination. This product was provided at a discounted cost for an honest, unbiased review.

This is a wonderful children’s animal book about the Wolves of North America (kid’s sedition) it has amazing photos of wolves and it provides fun facts. My girlfriend’s daughter came over the other night to spend the night she is 4 and this book was such a hit. She loves animals and we ended up reading this little book over and over again. The facts are written very well and easy to explain to a small child. The photos were a hit. I would highly recommend this book. It was an electronic kindle book so it was downloaded instead of shipped so one could say that shipping was instantaneously and packing was spot on. Quite nice
This book was quite nice. I got it for my 4 year old son, and was worried it was going to be way over his head, but he was able to follow most of the text. I would say that this book is for anywhere from 4-8 years of age. The photos were great, and worked very nicely on our kindle fire tablet. There was a variety of photography showing different types of wolves at different ages and in various settings - snow, forest, mountain, etc. There were several pictures between each page of text, which was also nice. The text was brief and to the point, but pertinent, providing interesting facts or statistics about wolves. For any little guy or gal who is interested in wolves, I would say this is a good read for them. I received this product for free in exchange for my review.
Wolves for Students
I am a 2nd grade teacher and my students currently are working on animal reports. One of my group is researching Wolves, so when I came across this E-book I thought it was perfect! Not only does it allow for my students to get a different feel for a different type of book, such as an E-book but it also provides very valuable information that my students can read and understand! I am very happy with the set up of this book and please with all the valuable information contained within this book for my students. They are researching habitats,diet,physical characteristics, physical adaptations, growth/reproduction, subspecies and range! I highly recommend this book for children interested in learning more interesting facts about wolves! Great Non-Fiction Book for Early Readers
This is a great non-fiction book with basic facts about the North American Wolves. It has a lot of pictures which children will love looking at. These pictures are coupled with facts about a variety of wolves. It tells all about how they live and piques the interest of the children to learn more about the animal. It has some vocabulary that might be difficult for early readers, but would be great to discuss together in order to expand their learning. This would be a perfect book for children who are interested in wolves and want to learn more about the ways they live. As a teacher I think this would be a fun book for a student to use for a research project or non-fiction book report. It would provide them with some basic facts about wolves and they can use this as a starting point to learn more information. A good addition to your library! I purchased this book for free on Amazon. I am excited to add it to my collection for my students. They will truly enjoy the book!
Welcome to the Wolfpack
While ordering this book I was unsure would have any value, I was pleasantly surprised how great this book is. For any children who are interested or worried about wolves, this is a great introduction type book. The majority of the book is filled with high quality pictures of all the different types of wolves. Most people will think of the grey wolf but there are other types in the United States, which are shown in the book. There are pages with facts about wolves that i, as an adult, did not know. Many facts went against my own beliefs about wolves. Do this book is just good for anyone looking to learn more about wolves in a introductory book. Or kids who like pictures, this is a good one. Good kids book (elementary age)
This book is just what I was wanting.. It's a gift for my six year old niece. I think it's probably good for ages 6-9 or so. Great pictures also. No typos that I could see. Very neat book. I would buy again.

I am very happy with Wolves Of North America (Kids Edition): Children's Animal Book of Wolves (Wolf Facts) Kindle Edition, as my children love reading and learning about different types of animals. That is a huge gain for me as each of my children and nieces are able to become educated on the different types of wolves in the world. Therefore, not only are my children and nieces receiving educational material; this is happening at this same time as enjoying themselves. Being able to provide new readings for the kids will also help improve their Lexile scores in reading. Furthermore,this has benefited my, family in more ways than one with this being educational, helping improve their Lexile scores, and having the children enjoy reading. I am very happy that I was given the opportunity to acquire this E-book, as this has made my children happy which makes me even happier. Additionally, I am very happy that I was given the opportunity to acquire this product at a discounted price for my unbiased opinion on this product.
