A little disappointing.
I bought a ravenclaw book. It didn't come wrapped like a brand new book, and because it wasnt wrapped it got bent up on the bottom of the books cover which is super disappointing. I was kind of bummed. I bought a hufflepuff one from a different seller and it came in perfectly. No bends no little tear. I want to collect all four houses, I'm actually a hufflepuff. But I wanted them to be equally good quality and starting off the bat they arent. So good quality if you dont mind it being a little bent along the edges, but if you want it wrapped and brand new I probably would find some where or some one else to go through.
Damaged
I would give less than 1 star since it not only came unprotected and scratched but ripped so wholly as a gift. Please send a replacement as soon as possible. It was meant as a gift for tomorrow.
Fantastic edition!
Exceeds expectations. Brand new sealed in its plastic. Information on the house & a short quiz in the back was unexpected! Very happy I choose the ravenclaw edition instead of the other 20th anniversary edition! Ravenclaw pride!!💙I will definitely be passing this story on to my children, glad I have such a lovely edition to do so💓☇
the second books 20th anniversary edition comes out June 28, 2018!!!!!
Beautiful!! I'm very happy with the 20th anniversary edition of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone!! I got the Ravenclaw edition because I like blue and was happy to see the first few pages were details about the Ravenclaw house! Kinda want to collect them all! I also looked it up and the second books 20th anniversary edition comes out June 28, 2018!!!!!
Came in great condition!
I just bought two of these for my two Ravenclaw friends for Christmas (I know, early lol) and they were advertised as Very Good condition but they could have been labeled Brand New because aside from a minuscule tear in the dust jacket (probably from being transported) they are spotless! Will just have to keep them in peak condition for 5 months :)
British English version - just wiat I wantes
Exactly what I’ve been looking for. Impossible to get the British audiobook, and Harry Potter is one of the most fun ways to compare languages in the linguistics course I teach.
Love this edition
I wanted a nice copy for my collection to replace my very worn paperbacks. This edition is amazing I can't wait to add the others to my collection.
Perfect gift for a Ravenclaw!
Bought this for my husband for his birthday. He loved it! Our original copy had been read so much it is falling apart. This was a super creative way to get a new copy.
New or gently used?
I love the design of the book and the colors representing Ravenclaw but the condition is far from new. If anything I would say it is gently used. Disappointed in the condition of the dust jacket and the scratch along the pages.
Bent and scratched
I am very disappointed in the condition the book was in when it arrived. The jacket cover was curled up/bent along the bottom and there were indentations along the jacket spine. The purpose of purchasing the 20th Anniversary House edition was for the unique book jacket. I wish that it was in better condition, not sure if returning it would yield better results.
