Dude chill down. All those things don't matter. I for instance - go to the gym 3 times a week - eat a lot of fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, eggs etc. - sleep 6 - 10 hours every night And I am fucking exhausted all the time anyway We're simply cursed

Guys saying that they are exhausted even after eating healthy, exercising and sleeping properly.. You're tired because you masturbate 10 times a day dude.

Nicole D Friedley

Smoke a small hit then do 50 push up's while making sure to breath. You don't feel the pushups as much and you feel even more high for free after. Also you won't be a fat shit so win win win

I train bjj, mma & go weight lifting 4-5 times a week and eat healthy. I also sleep like 2h after work / before training and like 6-7 hours at night. Still am tired all the time

If you want some exercise and don't want to go to the gym, try martial arts. Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Taekwondo are my favorite. If fighting is not your thing, try running or maybe other sports like soccer or tennis. These are great for your health and will keep your body fit.

Eating well and sleeping well are the absolute two main ingredients. I don't work out, but since I started eating properly a couple of years ago (tons of vegetables) I have not been sick one day. A little goes a long way.

I ate high calorie food without nutritional value for years. I gained a fast metabolism which was nice. Now I have started to eat like a regular human

I was exactly like that. My doctor did some tests and discovered that I had low vitamin D. After 1 week of taking those I felt much better. Sometimes is something that you are not looking.
